Sotol Pineapple Mojito

Allison Russo
The Sotol Pineapple Mojito is a refreshing twist on the classic mojito, featuring the unique flavor of sotol, a Mexican spirit similar to tequila but made from the desert spoon plant. Combined with pineapple juice, lime juice, and fresh mint, this cocktail is a tropical delight that's perfect for any occasion.
