7 oz broa (portuguese cornbread) , crumbled 2 garlic cloves , chopped ½ cup olive oil 4 eggs Salt and pepper , to taste 4 stems cilantro , fresh 4 mint leaves , fresh

STIR ingredients and let cook for a few minutes.
ADD enough water to just cover the mix in the pan.
