Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Bombay London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Carpano Bianco Vermouth
  • 1 1/2 oz lime sour mix
  • 4 dashes celery bitters
  • Club soda , to finish
  • Celery , to garnish

Instructions
 

  • BUILD Gin, Vermouth, lime sour mix and bitters in a cocktail shaker over ice.
  • SHAKE and strain into an ice-filled glass.
  • FINISH with club soda.
  • GARNISH with celery.
