Classic Tom Collins

Not only is this cocktail an amazing choice for summer, bartender Tom Walker says the drink is a great way to introduce people to gin – especially those who’ve found that the classic gin and tonic is too bitter or too floral. The Boodles Gin and freshly squeezed lemon juice are balanced out by the simple syrup in this Tom Collins. A quick shake is all this perfect summer drink needs.
