The Rosé Pineapple Cup Cocktail
Makes one cocktail
3 1/2 oz your favorite Rosé
1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz creme de peche
1 mango
1 pineapple
DICE half the mango and half of the pineapple. Reserve the pineapple’s leaves and cut the remaining half into wheels.
BUILD Rosé, St. Germain and creme de peche in your large golden pineapple cup. Add in as much mango and pineapple as you desire, so that your cup is about 3/4 full.
TOP with crushed ice.
GARNISH with pineapple leaves, pineapple wheel and of course a tiki umbrella.
Is this correct? Does each drink contain an entire pineapple AND mango? How large is the cup?
Hey Suzanne! It does depend on the size of your glass – here we were working with a 20 oz cup. However, we’ve made some edits to the instructions that should help make things a little more clear.
