Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices jalapeño
  • 1 dash aromatic bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 oz Santera Añejo Tequila
  • Orange twist , to garnish

Instructions
 

  • BUILD jalapeño, aromatic bitters, orange bitters and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  • LIGHTLY muddle ingredients.
  • ADD Santera Añejo Tequila.
  • GARNISH with an orange twist. Serve.

    Awesome cocktail! Thank you for sharing it! But sorry, no one I talked to in Southern California has ever heard of Santera, is it only distributed to bars?

    I tried it with some Mezcals also. Worked great with Leyenda Guerrero, but Fidencio didn’t really fly, too mild I guess.
