Ingredients
1/4 oz Aperol
Dry Rosé, to finish
Basil, to garnish
Instructions
MUDDLE 3 basil leaves.
ADD gin, Aperol, peach purée, lemon juice, simple syrup and muddled basil leaves to a cocktail shaker.
SHAKE and strain into an ice-filled glass.
FINISH with dry rosé.
GARNISH with basil.
