This summer cocktail from our friends at Pig Beach in Brooklyn, NY, is a killer twist on a refreshing classic. Boozy while still being an easy sipper, the Major Tom Collins is the perfect poolside companion.

1 1/2 oz Bombay London Dry Gin

1 oz Carpano Bianco Vermouth

1 1/2 oz lime sour mix

4 dashes celery bitters

Club soda, to finish

Celery, to garnish

Instructions

BUILD Gin, Vermouth, lime sour mix and bitters in a cocktail shaker over ice.

SHAKE and strain into an ice-filled glass.

FINISH with club soda.

GARNISH with celery.
