This year-round drink is great before dinner, but is a good after-dinner choice as well. Bartender Tom Walker says it is a very personal drink and he likes to prepare his the traditional way with equal parts Boodles Gin, vermouth and Campari. Good gin can stand up to the other two ingredients, no problem. Ice cold and with a large orange peel will having you sipping this all summer long.
