mixed greens

black olives
, sliced

red onion
, diced
harissa
, to taste

Instructions
CUT pita in half.
SPREAD harissa on inside of each half.
STUFF each pita half with feta, mixed greens, black olives and red onion.
HEAT pan on medium-low heat.
PLACE both halves in the pan.
FLIP when pita starts to brown and feta warms (this cheese will not melt entirely).
SERVE and enjoy.
