Maple Pecan Popcorn

Instructions
  1. HEAT olive oil and popcorn in a pot over medium heat. Cover and shake frequently as kernels begin to pop. Remove from heat once popping begins to slow.
  2. MELT butter over medium-high heat in a separate pot and pour over popped popcorn.
  3. ALLOW to cool slightly.
  4. DRIZZLE with maple syrup and toss in pecans until well mixed.
  5. SPRINKLE with salt. Serve.
