Ingredients

coffee
, hot and freshly brewed

brown sugar

oz
Irish whiskey
Heavy cream
Instructions
WHIP cream until soft peaks barely form.
FILL your (heatproof) glass with hot water to preheat. Pour out, then fill ¾ full with coffee.
STIR sugar into coffee until dissolved.
STIR whiskey into coffee until fully mixed.
POUR whipped cream slowly over a warm spoon onto the coffee’s surface.
