Ingredients

1 1/2oz light spiced rum
1/2oz Foro Amaro Liqueur
1/4 oz Cynar Liqueur
1/4oz chocolate liqueur
1/2oz whole egg
3dashes chocolate bitters
cocoa powder, to garnish

Instructions

SHAKE the ingredient above in a dry shaker without ice until emulsified.
SHAKE again with ice until chilled.
STRAIN into a coupe.
GARNISH with a light dust of cocoa powder.
