  1. BLEND white wine, pernod and olive oil, then add finely chopped garlic and parsley to balance wine, oil and pernod.
For Calamari
  1. LIGHTLY BASTE calamari with white wine, pernod and olive oil.
  2. GRILL to medium over very hot grill then place the calamari in full reduction bath and serve.
