Classic Gin and Tonic

This gin highball with a bitter element is viable all year long, but especially in summer. Bartender Tom Walker serves his Boodles Gin and Tonics as cold as possible. That’s the key to this classic – the more ice the better!

1 1/2 oz Boodles Gin
Tonic water, to top it off
Lime, for garnish
Instructions
ADD all ingredients to a highball with ice.
GARNISH with a lemon or lime, a straw and serve.
