As the leaves change color and you (begrudgingly) pack up your shorts to make room for your fuzzy sweaters, it seems that the dark, cold days of winter are upon us. But fear not! Out of the darkness appears a shining beacon of good things to come. No, not Thanksgiving – even better! It’s the 19th annual New York Taste!
On Monday, November 6 food-lovers from all over the globe can come together in a celebration of New York City’s best restaurants. This year’s event will be hosted by New York magazine cultinary editor Gillian Duffy, so it’s sure to be a good time.
Not to mention the over 40 chefs that will be whipping up tastes (get it?) of their best dishes plus wine (of course!) and cocktails from the swankiest of cocktail lounges. You can find the full lune up of restaurants, chefs, patisseries, cocktail bars, and taste makers here, but highlights include edible cookie dough from Dō and bites from our current NYC fave Pig Bleeker!
And best of all, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to to City Harvest to help fight hunger in New York City! If you needed another excuse to get eating – here it is. Get ready to get your food- and drink-on!
Produced in collaboration with our friends at New York Taste.
