Ingredients
  

  • 1 pita
  • 4 oz feta
  • ½ cup mixed greens
  • ¼ cup black olives , sliced
  • 1 tbsp red onion , diced
  • harissa , to taste

  • Red Blend

Instructions
 

  • CUT pita in half.
  • SPREAD harissa on inside of each half.
  • STUFF each pita half with feta, mixed greens, black olives and red onion.
  • HEAT pan on medium-low heat.
  • PLACE both halves in the pan.
  • FLIP when pita starts to brown and feta warms (this cheese will not melt entirely).
  • SERVE and enjoy.
