Bartender and cocktail master Lana Gailani brings together two of our summer favorites into one incredibly well balanced drink. The Highland Park Summer Chill is both sweet from the honey and citrusy from the lemon and grapefruit – which all serves to highlight the magic ingredient: Highland Park 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Almost like a shandy but slightly more complex, this is exactly what your holiday weekend was missing.
