Rum strikes again in our fall cocktail series from Hail Mary. Vermouth, sweet buttered rum and vanilla hits the high notes with a fizzy pop!
Vanilla Cream Fizz
Vanilla Cream Fizz is a luxurious blend of buttered rum, vanilla syrup, sweet vermouth, egg white, and acid phosphate. This classic cocktail is light and frothy with a rich vanilla undertone, making it a delightful and indulgent drink.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz buttered rum
- 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz egg white
- 3 dashes acid phosphate
Instructions
- SHAKE the ingredients above in a dry shaker without ice until emulsified.
- SHAKE again with ice until chilled.
- STRAIN into a collins with ice.
