Vanilla Cream Fizz is a luxurious blend of buttered rum, vanilla syrup, sweet vermouth, egg white, and acid phosphate. This classic cocktail is light and frothy with a rich vanilla undertone, making it a delightful and indulgent drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz buttered rum
  • 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 oz egg white
  • 3 dashes acid phosphate

Instructions
 

  • SHAKE the ingredients above in a dry shaker without ice until emulsified.
  • SHAKE again with ice until chilled.
  • STRAIN into a collins with ice.
