This gin highball with a bitter element is viable all year long, but especially in summer. Bartender Tom Walker serves his Boodles Gin and Tonics as cold as possible. That’s the key to this classic – the more ice the better!
Gin and Tonic
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Boodles Gin
- Tonic water , to top it off
- Lime , for garnish
Instructions
- ADD all ingredients to a highball with ice.
- GARNISH with a lemon or lime, a straw and serve.
