Calavera Cocktail

You know those colorful decorated sugar skulls that are part of the Mexican holiday of Dia de los Muertos? Those are called calaveras. In honor of this celebration (and those sweet little masterpieces) the Calaveras Cocktail is a sweet, yet well-balanced and crowd-pleasing drink. Bartender and cocktail artist Miguel Aranda showed us how to make our own with Santera Blanco Tequila and Creme de Violette – which is what gives it such an amazing color!
