Duskie Estes
Duskie Estes is a chef and co-owner of Zazu Kitchen and Farm in Sebastopol, CA, with her husband, and chef, John Stewart. Duskie graduated with a prelaw degree in 1990, but took time off school to explore her passion for cooking - and she's never regretted becoming a chef. Their restaurant focuses on whole-animal cooking and wasting as little as possible. The two also raise heritage-breed pigs and offer the meat for sale through their company Black Pig Meat Co.
