  1. SOFTEN butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. ADD honey and stir until well combined and butter is melted.
  3. ADD brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice and water and bring to a boil.
  4. REDUCE to a simmer and stir in rum.
  5. SERVE hot!
