In your recipe for Filhoses de Ab’oboro it calls for orange peel but in the directions it doesn’t state how or what to do with it. Wold it be possible to enlighten me on this matter?

    • Alexandra Pastron says:

Hi Dawn – great question. The orange peel is simply for garnish. We have updated the recipe to reflect this. Thanks for reaching out!

  • Tim says:

What’s the equivalent amount of canned pumpkin versus the called for 1 small pumpkin?

  • Dawn Legas says:

i just read that a 3.8 lb pumpkin makes 4-4.5 cups of puree

  • elaine says:

What weight would a small pumpkin be? Because 4-4.5 cups of pumpkin puree seems like alot for the other ingredients.
